Common use of Military Experience Clause in Contracts

Military Experience. Work experience in the armed services of the United States may be allowed as credit on the salary schedule provided it is relative to the work to be performed. A year of military service is defined to include not less than nine (9) months of any twelve (12) month period. The dates of induction and separation from active duty will determine the period of service.
