Common use of Military Leave for Training Purposes Clause in Contracts

Military Leave for Training Purposes. Leave for military purposes shall be granted only after the Board has been satisfied that it is not possible for the staff member to carry out his normal military responsibilities on non-school time, and after representations have been made to the Armed Services to alter the time required duties so that it shall not conflict with the school duties. The Board shall supplement pay received from the government to equal the regular salary for the period served.
