Mini-Competition Contracts. 3.1 Where a Framework Purchaser wishes to acquire Electrical Services pursuant to the Framework Agreement, it will do so by means of a Mini-Competition. The Framework Purchaser shall issue a Mini- Competition Request for Tender to all Framework Service Providers capable of performing the contract via the Supplygov system, inviting each to submit a Proposal.

  • Non-Competition a. Executive acknowledges and recognizes the highly competitive nature of the businesses of the Company and its affiliates and accordingly agrees as follows:

In addition, during the Restricted Period, the Director shall not develop any property for use in the Company’s Business on behalf of any person or entity other than the Company, its subsidiaries and affiliates.

  • Prohibition on Contracts with Companies Boycotting Israel To the extent that Texas Government Code, Chapter 2271 applies to this Agreement, PROVIDER certifies that (a) it does not currently boycott Israel; and (b) it will not boycott Israel during the term of this Agreement. PROVIDER acknowledges this Agreement may be terminated and payment withheld if this certification is inaccurate.

  • Non-Competition and Non-Solicitation In consideration of the salary paid to the Executive by the Company and subject to applicable law, the Executive agrees that during the term of the Employment and for a period of one (1) year following the termination of the Employment for whatever reason:

  • SUB-CONTRACTS (a) The Servicer may sub-contract or delegate the performance of all or any of its powers and obligations under this Agreement, provided that (but subject to Section 3.2(b)):
