Minimizing Fees. The best way to know the amount of available balance you have and to avoid paying overdraft or returned item fees is to record and track all of your transactions closely, including pre-authorization commitments, outstanding checks, ACH debits, internet bill payments, online and mobile banking transfers, restrictions on deposits (or returned deposits) and any other items that may reduce your available balance. Order of Payments. Checks, drafts, items and other transactions may not be processed in the order that you make them or in the order that we receive them. We may, at our discretion, pay a check or item and execute other transactions on your account in any order we choose. The order in which we process checks and execute other transactions on your account may affect the total amount of overdraft fees that may be charged to your account. Please contact us if you have questions about how we pay checks and process transfers and withdrawals. Postdated and Stale dated Items. You authorize us to accept and pay any check, even if the check is presented for payment before its date. You also agree not to deposit checks or other items before they are properly payable. The Credit Union is under no obligation to you to pay a check drawn on your account that is presented more than six (6) months after its date. STOP PAYMENT ORDERS Stop Payment Request. You may ask the Credit Union to stop payment on any check drawn upon your checking account. You must request a stop payment in writing. The stop payment will be effective if the Credit Union receives the order in time for the Credit Union to act upon the order and you state the number of the account, date, and number of the check and its exact amount.   • Program Fees Stripe will provide the Issuing Platform Services to you and the Stripe Issuing Services to Stripe Issuing Accountholders at the rates and for the fees described on the Stripe Pricing Page, unless you and Stripe otherwise agree in writing. In addition to the fees, you are also responsible for any penalties imposed on you or Stripe in relation to your use of the Issuing Platform Services. Fees and penalties may include periodic fees, foreign transaction fees, penalties for misuse, funds transfer fees, account maintenance fees, Card issuance or replacement fees, and penalties for late or failed payments.   • TAXES/FEES Contractor promptly shall pay all applicable taxes on its operations and activities pertaining to this Contract. Failure to do so shall constitute breach of this Contract. Unless otherwise agreed, Purchaser shall pay applicable sales tax imposed by the State of Washington on purchased Goods and/or Services. Contractor’s invoices shall separately state (a) taxable and non-taxable charges and (b) sales/use tax due by jurisdiction. In regard to federal excise taxes, Contractor shall include federal excise taxes only if, after thirty (30) calendar days written notice to Purchaser, Purchase has not provided Contractor with a valid exemption certificate from such federal excise taxes.

  • Late Fees All overdue accrued and unpaid interest to be paid hereunder shall entail a late fee at an interest rate equal to the lesser of 18% per annum or the maximum rate permitted by applicable law (the “Late Fees”) that shall accrue daily from the date such interest is due hereunder through and including the date of actual payment in full.
