Minimum Payment for Weekend, RDO. Public Holiday Overtime An Employee required to work overtime on a Saturday, Sunday, Rostered Day Off or Public Holiday prescribed in this Agreement, shall be paid a minimum of three (3) hours at the appropriate penalty rate.
