Minimum Rates. The following table sets out the minimum salary rate for each Job Family and Band. These rates have been set taking into account market rates as well as the pay rates set out in the awards that cover Telstra employees (see clause 5.4 of this Agreement). These rates are included in the Agreement to ensure that it passes the “better off overall test” under the Fair Work Act 2009.
