Common use of Minimum Report Time Clause in Contracts

Minimum Report Time. Employees who are ill or injured and unable to report for duty are expected to advise their Supervisor at least one (1) hour prior to the time they would normally report for duty. Employees who fail, except in extenuating circumstances, to notify their Supervisor as herein noted may not receive sickness protection pay.
