Common use of MINIMUM SHIFT Clause in Contracts

MINIMUM SHIFT. 10.01 No employee shall be scheduled to work for less than three (3) hours in any one (1) shift. If no work or insufficient work is available, said employee shall nevertheless be paid for the full three (3) hours at their appropriate hourly rate of pay.

MINIMUM SHIFT. 10.01 11.01 No employee shall be scheduled or called in to work for less than three four (34) hours in any one (1) shift. If no work or insufficient work is available, said employee shall nevertheless be paid for the full three a minimum of four (34) hours at their appropriate his or her hourly rate of pay.

MINIMUM SHIFT. 10.01 31.01 No employee shall be scheduled to work for less than three eight (3) 8) hours in any one (1) shift. If no work or insufficient work is available, said employee shall nevertheless be paid for the full greater of: (a) the number of hours worked or (b) three (3) hours of work at their appropriate hourly rate of pay. The foregoing shall not apply if the employee is not scheduled to work on a particular day.

MINIMUM SHIFT. 10.01 11.01 No employee shall be scheduled called in to work for less than three (3) hours in any one (1) shift, unless otherwise mutually agreed between the employee and the Employer. If no the employee has not consented to leave work or insufficient work is available, said employee shall nevertheless be paid for before the full three (3) hours at their appropriate hourly rate has elapsed, the employee will receive a minimum of paythe employee's regular pay for three (3) hours.

MINIMUM SHIFT. 10.01 No 11.01 Whenever possible no full-time employee shall be scheduled to work for less than three eight (3) 8) hours in any one (1) shift. If no work or insufficient work is available, said employee shall nevertheless be paid for the full three at least five (35) hours at their appropriate hourly rate of pay.

MINIMUM SHIFT. 10.01 22.01 No full-time employee shall be scheduled and/or called in to work for less than three eight (3) 8) hours in any one (1) shift. If no work or insufficient work is available, said employee shall nevertheless be paid for the full three eight (3) 8) hours at their his or her appropriate hourly rate of pay. Part-time employees shall not be scheduled and/or called in to work for less than four (4) hours in any one shift.

MINIMUM SHIFT. 10.01 11.01 No employee working on a full-time basis shall be scheduled to work for less than three six (36) hours in any one (1) shift. If the Employer determines that there is no work or insufficient work is availableavailable and instructs the employee to end the shift, said employee shall nevertheless be paid for the full three a minimum of six (36) hours at their appropriate hourly rate of pay.
