Minimum Stipend. The minimum stipend shall be as follows: A. Each nine-month (9) employee on a 0.50 FTE appointment shall be guaranteed a minimum stipend of$12,000 effective within three (3) pay periods from the date of ratification of this agreement. B. Stipend Rates will be prorated by FTE and appointment period.
