Minimum Wage and Working Conditions. A. Except for those employees whose minimum wage is required to be fixes pursuant to §230-c of the Labor Laws of the State of New York, all persons employed by the Contractor and any subcontractor in the manufacturer or furnishing of work, labor or services, used in the performance of this Contract will be paid, without subsequent deduction or rebate unless expressly authorized by law, not less than the Federal minimum wage.

Minimum Wage and Working Conditions. 7.5.1 Except for employees whose minimum wage is required to be fixed pursuant to Section 220 (d) of the Labor Law of the State of New York, or persons employed by the Consultant and any subcontractor in the manufacture or furnishing of the work, labor and services, used in the performance of this Contract will be paid not less than the federal minimum wage.

  • Conditions for Advance and Conditions to Closing Section 7.1

  • Existing Conditions Tenant accepts the Property in its condition as of the execution of the Lease, subject to all recorded matters, laws, ordinances, and governmental regulations and orders. Except as provided herein, Tenant acknowledges that neither Landlord nor any agent of Landlord has made any representation as to the condition of the Property or the suitability of the Property for Tenant's intended use. Tenant represents and warrants that Tenant has made its own inspection of and inquiry regarding the condition of the Property and is not relying on any representations of Landlord or any Broker with respect thereto. If Landlord or Landlord's Broker has provided a Property Information Sheet or other Disclosure Statement regarding the Property, a copy is attached as an exhibit to the Lease.

  • Conditions to Completion 3.1. The obligation of the Seller to sell the Sale Shares and proceed with the Completion in terms of Clause 5 of this Agreement shall be conditional on the satisfaction of following conditions, other than those which by their very nature are to be satisfied at Completion, (to the extent that they have not been waived by the Seller (other than the condition set out in Clauses 3.1(ii) below which shall not be waived), in accordance with this Agreement):
