Ministerial Council. (i) The Ministerial Council shall consist of an equal number of Ministers from Australia and East Timor. It shall consider any matter relating to the operation of this Treaty that is referred to it by either Australia or East Timor. It shall also consider any matter referred to in subparagraph (c) (iii);
