Common use of Minor Bank Clause in Contracts

Minor Bank. 6.1.1.1. All hours over the maximum listed in Section 6.1 may be converted to cash at a rate equal to fifty (50) percent of the employee's hourly wage multiplied by the number of hours of unused sick leave hours over the maximum, not to exceed 120 hours of such sick leave in any one fiscal year.
