Minor Duties. Job profiles prepared in accordance with this Article will summarize job duties and responsibilities, and will form part of this Agreement. Minor duties, which are ancillary to one or more of the duties defined in the job profile, may be omitted provided such duties are related to those set out in the job profile, and provided such duties do not affect the value of the job.
