Common use of Mobile Deposit Service Clause in Contracts

The Mobile Deposit Service (Mobile Deposit) is designed to allow you to make deposits of paper checks (Checks) to your checking, savings or money market savings Accounts with Bank (Mobile Deposit Accounts) from home or other remote locations by using your eligible camera-enabled Mobile Device to capture images of the Checks and transmitting the digital images and associated deposit information (Images) to us or our third party processor (Processor) with your Device.

The Mobile Deposit Service (Mobile Deposit) is designed to allow you to make deposits of paper checks (Checks“original checks”) to your checking, savings or money market savings Accounts with Bank (Mobile Deposit Accounts) accounts from home or other remote locations by using your eligible camera-enabled Mobile Device to capture images of scanning the Checks original checks and transmitting delivering the digital images and associated deposit information (Images“images”) to us or our third party processor (Processor) with your Mobile Device. After you login to Mobile Banking, you may apply for Mobile Deposit. This service is available for certain VICFCU business checking accounts, such as individual sole proprietor accounts, but may not be available for other types of business checking accounts.
