Mobile Deposit Capture Process. If we approve the Mobile Deposit service for you, you must use your Password with your Login to access your accounts. You may photograph an image of checks with your mobile device creating an electronic image and you may transmit the electronic image that the Credit Union will deposit to your account. The Credit Union may, in its discretion, convert items meeting the Credit Union's required standards into substitute checks to facilitate the deposit and collection of such items. You agree that the manner in which checks are cleared or presented for payment shall be determined by Credit Union, in its sole discretion. We reserve the right to select the clearing agents through which we clear checks.
Mobile Deposit Capture Process. Member will scan checks or drafts ("items") with a smartphone using the Wasatch Peaks Credit Union Mobile Banking App, creating an electronic image and Member will transmit, using Mobile Banking, an electronic file of such electronic images that the Credit Union will deposit to Member's account. The Credit Union's processing agent shall perform an image quality assessment of scanned checks or items and shall convert items meeting the Credit Union's required standards into substitute checks to facilitate the deposit and collection of such items. Mobile Deposit will permit you to scan the front and back of each check ("Check" as defined in this Agreement) with your smart phone or another image capture device ("Scanner"), creating an electronic image, and transmit said image in an electronic file that the Credit Union will process and deposit into one of your Accounts.   • Construction Phase Services 3.1.1 – Basic Construction Services

  • Sale Process If a Non-Economic Facility is marketed for sale in accordance with Section 5.02 and Manager receives an offer therefor which it wishes to accept on behalf of the relevant TRS and Owner, Manager shall give the relevant TRS prompt notice thereof, which notice shall include a copy of the offer and any other information reasonably requested by such TRS. If the relevant TRS, on behalf of the relevant Owner, shall fail to accept or reject such offer within seven (7) Business Days after receipt of such notice and other information from Manager, such offer shall be deemed to be accepted. If the offer is rejected by the relevant TRS on behalf of the relevant Owner, and if Manager elects to continue marketing the Non-Economic Facility by providing written notice to the relevant TRS within seven (7) days of such rejection and Manager does not obtain another offer within ninety (90) days that is accepted by the relevant TRS, the Non-Economic Facility shall be deemed to have been sold to the relevant TRS on the date, at the price and on such other terms contained in the offer. If a Non-Economic Facility is sold to a third party or deemed to have been sold to the relevant Owner pursuant to such offer, effective as of the date of sale or deemed sale: (i) the Management Agreement shall terminate with respect to such Non-Economic Facility; (ii) Aggregate Invested Capital shall be reduced by an amount equal to the net proceeds of sale after reduction for the costs and expenses of the relevant TRS, the relevant Owner and/or Manager (or, in the case of a deemed sale, the net proceeds of sale determined by reference to such offer, after reduction for any amounts actually expended and any amounts which would reasonably have been expected to have been expended if the sale had been consummated by the relevant TRS, the relevant Owner and/or Manager). If the reduction in Aggregate Invested Capital is less than the Invested Capital of the Non-Economic Facility sold or deemed to have been sold, the difference shall be proportionately reallocated to the Invested Capital of the remaining Facilities.

  • Approval Process Tenant shall notify Landlord whether it approves of the submitted working drawings within three business days after Landlord’s submission thereof. If Tenant disapproves of such working drawings, then Tenant shall notify Landlord thereof specifying in reasonable detail the reasons for such disapproval, in which case Landlord shall, within five business days after such notice, revise such working drawings in accordance with Tenant’s objections and submit the revised working drawings to Tenant for its review and approval. Tenant shall notify Landlord in writing whether it approves of the resubmitted working drawings within one business day after its receipt thereof. This process shall be repeated until the working drawings have been finally approved by Landlord and Tenant. If Tenant fails to notify Landlord that it disapproves of the initial working drawings within three business days (or, in the case of resubmitted working drawings, within one business day) after the submission thereof, then Tenant shall be deemed to have approved the working drawings in question. Any delay caused by Tenant’s unreasonable withholding of its consent or delay in giving its written approval as to such working drawings shall constitute a Tenant Delay Day (defined below). If the working drawings are not fully approved (or deemed approved) by both Landlord and Tenant by the 15th business day after the delivery of the initial draft thereof to Tenant, then each day after such time period that such working drawings are not fully approved (or deemed approved) by both Landlord and Tenant shall constitute a Tenant Delay Day.

  • CENTRAL GRIEVANCE PROCESS The following process pertains exclusively to grievances on central matters that have been referred to the central process. In accordance with the School Boards Collective Bargaining Act central matters may also be grieved locally, in which case local grievance processes will apply.

  • Bidding Process 3.1. Bidding shall generally commence based on the sequence of the lot being shown on the PAH Website. However the Auctioneer has the right to vary the sequence without having to give prior notice to the intended bidders. 3.2. It shall be the responsibilities of the E-bidders to login through PAH website to wait for the turn to bid for the property lot in which they intend to bid. 3.3. The Auctioneer has the discretion to set a new reserve price in the event that there is more than one (1) registered bidder. 3.4. The amount of incremental bid will appear on the website prior to the commencement of the auction. 3.5. Registered online Bidders shall start bidding online by pressing the BID Button using their own gadgets with internet connection. If your bid is the highest, it will be denoted by a Green Coloured Box otherwise it will be a Red Coloured Box The highest bid shall flash 10 seconds (subject to change) interval for four (4) times " Calling Once, Calling Twice, Last Call and Sold". E-bidders may submit their bid at any of these stages of biddings by pressing the BID button. The successful bidder's bid will be denoted by a green coloured screen. The highest bidder shall be declared as the successful purchaser upon the fall of the hammer. 3.6. In the event that there is no bid after forty(40) seconds from the time of commencement of the auction, the auction shall be aborted. 3.7. Any bid once entered by the registered online E-bidders shall be binding and the bid shall not be withdrawn or retracted in any manner whatsoever after the fall of the hammer. 3.8. Both the successful and unsuccessful bidders will be notified by the Auctioneer through the website and also via E-mail where further directions are given in order to conclude the sale of the auction property. 3.9. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Auctioneer shall be final and binding on all bidders. 3.10. Unsuccessful E-bidders shall have the deposit refunded to the same bank account from which the deposit transfer was made within two (2) working days from the date of auction. 3.11. The information shown and/or prompted on the screen handled by the PAH website in regards to the auction in particular the increment of the bidding price during the bidding process and the declaration of the successful bidder shall be final and conclusive.

  • Television Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of covered television equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is compliance with Subchapter Z, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Television Equipment Recycling Program.

  • Sub-processing 11.1 The data importer shall not subcontract any of its processing operations performed on behalf of the data exporter under the Clauses without the prior written consent of the data exporter. Where the data importer subcontracts its obligations under the Clauses, with the consent of the data exporter, it shall do so only by way of a written agreement with the sub-processor which imposes the same obligations on the sub- processor as are imposed on the data importer under the Clauses. Where the sub-processor fails to fulfil its data protection obligations under such written agreement the data importer shall remain fully liable to the data exporter for the performance of the sub-processor’s obligations under such agreement. 11.2 The prior written contract between the data importer and the sub-processor shall also provide for a third-party beneficiary clause as laid down in Clause 3 for cases where the data subject is not able to bring the claim for compensation referred to in paragraph 1 of Clause 6 against the data exporter or the data importer because they have factually disappeared or have ceased to exist in law or have become insolvent and no successor entity has assumed the entire legal obligations of the data exporter or data importer by contract or by operation of law. Such third-party liability of the sub-processor shall be limited to its own processing operations under the Clauses. 11.3 The provisions relating to data protection aspects for sub-processing of the contract referred to in paragraph 1 shall be governed by the law of the Member State in which the data exporter is established, namely ........................................ 11.4 The data exporter shall keep a list of sub-processing agreements concluded under the Clauses and notified by the data importer pursuant to Clause 5(j), which shall be updated at least once a year. The list shall be available to the data exporter’s data protection supervisory authority.

  • Contractor Project Manager The Contractor Project Manager shall serve, from the Effective Date, as the Contractor project manager and primary Contractor representative under this Agreement. The Contractor Project Manager shall (i) have overall responsibility for managing and coordinating the performance of Contractor’s obligations under this Agreement, including the performance of all Subcontractors; and (ii) be authorized to act for and bind Contractor and Subcontractors in connection with all aspects of this Agreement. The Contractor Project Manager shall respond promptly and fully to all inquiries from the JBE Project Manager.

  • Subprocessing The data importer shall not subcontract any of its processing operations performed on behalf of the data exporter under the Clauses without the prior written consent of the data exporter.   • Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 9.2.1 If ECI chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, ECI’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by ECI to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG. 9.2.2 ECI shall establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks pursuant to applicable access Tariffs by which it will provide Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic to and from ECI’s Customers. 9.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be two-way trunks. Such trunks shall connect the End Office ECI utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Verizon utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow ECI’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Verizon access Tandem.
