Mock Auction. BOEM will hold a Mock Auction on October 24, 2024, beginning at 9:00 a.m. EDT, which is open only to qualified bidders who have met the requirements and deadlines for auction participation, including submission of the bid deposit. The Mock Auction is intended to give bidders an opportunity to clarify auction rules, test the functionality of the auction software, and identify any potential issues that may arise during the auction.

Mock Auction. From time to time, Exhaustless may choose to offer new and/or updated features of the Service (the “Mock Auction Features”) as part of a testing program (the “Program”) for the purpose of providing Exhaustless with feedback on the quality and usability of the Auction Features. Licensee understands and agrees that their participation in the Program is voluntary and does not create a legal partnership, agency, or employment relationship between licensee and Exhaustless, and that Exhaustless is not obligated to provide licensee with any Auction Features. Exhaustless may make such Mock Auction Features available to auction participants by online registration or enrollment via the Service. Licensee understands and agrees that Exhaustless may collect and use information from their Mock Auction Account, devices and peripherals in order to enroll licensee in the Program and/or determine licensee’s eligibility to participate. Licensee’s use of the Mock Auction Features and participation in the Program is governed by this Agreement. Licensee acknowledge that Exhaustless has no obligation to provide a commercial version of the Mock Auction Features, and that should such a commercial version be made available, it may have features or functionality different than that contained in the Mock Auctioni Features. As part of the Program, Exhaustless will provide licensee with the opportunity to submit comments, suggestions, or other feedback regarding their use of the Mock Auction Features. Licensee agrees that in the absence of a separate written agreement to the contrary, Exhaustless will be free to use any feedback licensee provides for any purpose.

  • Elevation Elevation is defined as restoring an employee to the higher classification, with permanent status, which was held prior to being granted a demotion or to a class that is between the current class and the class from which the employee was demoted.   • Site Lands or areas indicated in the Contract Documents as being furnished by the Owner upon which the Work is to be performed, including rights-of-way and easements for access thereto, and such other lands furnished by the Owner that are designated for the use of the Contractor. Also referred to as Project Site, Job Site and Premises.

  • Classroom Management The certificated classroom teacher demonstrates in his/her performance a competent level of knowledge and skill in organizing the physical and human elements in the educational setting.

Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:

  • Name of Building Tenant shall not use the name of the Building for any purpose other than as the address of the business conducted by Tenant in the Premises without the written consent of Landlord. Landlord reserves the right to change the name of the Building at any time in its sole discretion by written notice to Tenant and Landlord shall not be liable to Tenant for any loss, cost or expense on account of any such change of name.

  • Start-Up and Synchronization Consistent with the mutually acceptable procedures of the Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner, the Developer is responsible for the proper synchronization of the Large Generating Facility to the New York State Transmission System in accordance with NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner procedures and requirements.

  • Attachment A, Scope of Services The scope of services is amended as follows:

  • Site Description {Buyer Comment: Provide a legal description of the Site, including the Site map.}

  • Vulnerability Management BNY Mellon will maintain a documented process to identify and remediate security vulnerabilities affecting its systems used to provide the services. BNY Mellon will classify security vulnerabilities using industry recognized standards and conduct continuous monitoring and testing of its networks, hardware and software including regular penetration testing and ethical hack assessments. BNY Mellon will remediate identified security vulnerabilities in accordance with its process.
