Remittance of Payment. Each week Marketer will pay Owner for all Ethanol invoiced thirteen to nineteen (13-19) days prior to said date and that has been paid by Owner's customers. This payment will be adjusted for freight and storage costs as described above in this Section and the Marketing and Administrative Services Fee stated in Section 5 of this Agreement, and when applicable, an adjustment for value-added opportunities as stated in Section 7 below.
Remittance of Payment. All monies deducted as hereinabove provided shall be paid by the Employer to the Union within fifteen (15) days after such deductions are made by the Employer, together with (to the extent available by the Employer’s payroll service) an electronic list which includes names, home address, social security number, salary amount, dues or in-lieu- of-dues payment plus any special voluntary payroll deductions. The Employer will also provide, in electronic form, (to the extent possible) employee name, social security number, hire date, FTE status, amounts deducted, classification, work unit, hourly wage rate, employee home telephone number and designation of membership status of employees for whom dues/service fees and initiation fees have been deducted. The Employer shall designate on this list new hires, employee terminations and employees on Leave of Absence of more than thirty (30) calendar days. In both cases, this information will be provided not later than the fifteenth (15th) day of the month following that in which the deductions are made by the Employer. The Employer shall not be liable by reason of the requirements of this section for the remittance or payment of any sums other than that constituting actual deductions made from employee wages earned.

Remittance of Payment. Unless otherwise requested by LICENSOR, all payments shall be made in U.S. dollars by check payable to OMNISCENT CORP. and received at LICENSOR on or prior to the due date. SUBMITTER and Agent, if any, agrees to and guarantees that it shall remit punctual payment in full for each recording day’s fees by no later than the morning of the following business day. Recording fees include Documentary Transfer Tax fees, Copy fees, and any other fees incurred by SUBMITTER and Agent, if any, during the normal course of business with the RECORDER during each business day.

Recording fees include San Francisco Real 25 Property Transfer Tax fees, copy fees, and any other fees incurred by SUBMITTER and AGENT 26 during the normal course of business with the COUNTY during each business day.
Remittance of Payment. The Sub-Licensee will remit payment of the Royalty on a quarterly basis, the first quarter commencing on the Effective Date of this agreement and subsequent quarters beginning first day of each January, April, July and October during the life of the Agreement.
