Model Area. The Village agrees to permit temporary fencing, lighting, signage, parking lots, and promotional structures in the model area upon submission of appropriate plans to, and approval by, the Village. Said temporary fencing shall be allowed up to four feet (4') in height and shall otherwise be subject to Village fence ordinance and permit requirements and shall be accessible for the provision of emergency services. Said temporary parking lot lighting and/or building lighting shall not generate obtrusive glare or create a nuisance for any occupied dwellings and shall be in compliance with approved lighting standards and Village ordinances. Said temporary model signage shall be as per Section 14 of this Agreement. Said temporary parking lot shall be paved and partially screened on all sides by a combination of trees, shrubs, flowers, groundcover, or ornamental grasses. Further, said temporary parking lot shall be designed to provide circulation and striping in accordance with Village requirements. Said promotional structures shall be limited to a maximum of six (6) flags per model home unit containing flags of nations, states or cities and/or solid color flags or flags containing the company logos representing the Owner and/or or flags containing the development name and/or logo for a phase within the Territory.

  • Control Area An electric power system or combination of electric power systems to which a common automatic generation control scheme is applied in order to: (1) match, at all times, the power output of the generators within the electric power system(s) and capacity and energy purchased from entities outside the electric power system(s), with the load within the electric power system(s); (2) maintain scheduled interchange with other Control Areas, within the limits of Good Utility Practice; (3) maintain the frequency of the electric power system(s) within reasonable limits in accordance with Good Utility Practice; and (4) provide sufficient generating capacity to maintain operating reserves in accordance with Good Utility Practice.

  • Configuration The configuration for the Purchase Right Aircraft will be the Detail Specification for Model 767-3S2F aircraft at the revision level in effect at the time of the Supplemental Agreement.   • Space Bearing in mind the respective competences of the Community, its Member States and the European Space Agency the Parties shall promote, where appropriate, long term co-operation in the areas of civil space research, development and commercial applications. The Parties will pay particular attention to initiatives making full use of the complementarity of their respective space activities.

  • Storage Space Landlord shall reserve up to five thousand 5,000 square feet of storage space for lease by Tenant during the Lease Term (the “Storage Space”). The Storage Space shall be located in one or more private rooms selected by Landlord in the On-Site Parking Area designated on Exhibit P attached hereto. Tenant shall have the right to increase or decrease (but not in excess of the 5,000 square foot limit set forth above) the amount of Storage Space leased by Tenant on thirty (30) days written notice to Landlord. The Storage Space described above required to be provided by Landlord to Tenant shall be leased at a rental rate equal to ( ) per usable square foot per month during the Lease Tenn. Notwithstanding the foregoing, to the extent that any Storage Space in addition to the Storage Space required to be reserved by Landlord for Tenant’s use hereunder shall become available for use by tenants of the Building, Landlord agrees that Tenant shall have the right, upon written notice to Landlord, to lease such additional Storage Space on a month-to-month basis to the extent and for the duration that Landlord does not require the use of such additional Storage Space by other tenants in the Building or for another purpose. Any such additional Storage Space shall be leased at a rental rate equal to ( ) per usable square foot per month. The Storage Space rental amounts shall be due on a monthly basis concurrent with Tenant’s payment of the Base Rent due with respect to the Premises, and shall constitute Rent under the Lease. All Storage Space leased by Tenant shall be in a condition reasonably suitable for use as storage space. Tenant acknowledges that Landlord, by providing Tenant with the Storage Space is not assuming the responsibility to ensure the security of or provide security for the Storage Space, and Tenant hereby waives all claims against Landlord for damage to or theft of any property stored by Tenant in the Storage Space, except to the extent caused by the negligence or willful misconduct of Landlord or Landlord’s agents, contractors or representatives. Landlord shall deliver the Storage Space to Tenant in its “as-is” condition, without any obligation on the part of Landlord to remodel, refurbish or otherwise improve the Storage Space, provided that the Storage Space shall have a ceiling, walls, a door and lighting. Landlord shall have the right, not more than once per calendar year, upon thirty (30) days’ prior notice to Tenant, to relocate the Storage Space to another area of the Building of approximately the same aggregate square footage as the Storage Space; in the event of such relocation of the Storage Space, Landlord shall pay Tenant’s actual costs of moving materials stored in the Storage Space to the replacement Storage Space.

  • Project or Building Name and Signage Landlord shall have the right at any time to change the name of the Project or Building and to install, affix and maintain any and all signs on the exterior and on the interior of the Project or Building as Landlord may, in Landlord’s sole discretion, desire. Tenant shall not use the name of the Project or Building or use pictures or illustrations of the Project or Building in advertising or other publicity or for any purpose other than as the address of the business to be conducted by Tenant in the Premises, without the prior written consent of Landlord.

  • Workload An employee who believes that her workload is unsafe or consistently excessive shall discuss the problem with her immediate supervisor. If the problem is not resolved in this discussion, the employee may seek a remedy by means of the grievance procedure. If the matter is not resolved in the grievance procedure, it may be referred to troubleshooter who shall: a) investigate the difference; b) define the issue in the difference; and c) make written recommendations to resolve the differences.

  • Service Area (a) SORACOM shall provide the SORACOM Air Global Service within the area designated on the web site of SORACOM (the “Service Area”), provided, that, the Service Area may be different if stated otherwise as specified by SORACOM separately. However, within the Service Area, you may not use the SORACOM Air Global Service in places where transmissions are difficult to send or receive. (b) The parties of this Agreement acknowledge that there may be countries or locations within which SORACOM may be restricted from providing the SORACOM Air Global Service due to applicable laws, regulations, decisions, rules or orders (“Restrictions”). During the Term, SORACOM will use reasonable efforts to monitor whether there are any such Restrictions. SORACOM may in its sole discretion and at any time, suspend, discontinue, limit, or modify the SORACOM Air Global Service or impose additional requirements on the provision of the SORACOM Air Global Service, as may be reasonably required to comply with any such Restrictions. (c) In no event will SORACOM be required to provide the SORACOM Air Global Service in countries or locations, or in a manner that would be in violation of the Restrictions and its failure to provide the SORACOM Air Global Service due to the Restrictions will not be deemed to be a breach of its obligations under this Agreement. (d) In the event that any Restriction, or any change in applicable law, regulation, decision, rule or order materially or adversely affects the delivery of the SORACOM Air Global Service (including the economic viability thereof), SORACOM will notify Subscribers in writing and the parties will negotiate in good faith regarding changes to this Agreement. If the parties cannot reach agreement within 30 days after notification from SORACOM requesting renegotiation, SORACOM may terminate the Agreement upon 30 days’ written notice to the Subscriber.

  • Workloads The parties agree to the following provisions relating to faculty members' workload. (a) The registration limits for all courses currently offered by the Employer in the academic, career and technology areas are 35 unless established by practice as lower, excepting multiple sections where the limit is the correct multiple of the number of sections involved. (b) The registration limits for English are as follows: (i) Writing and Composition Courses - 25 (ii) Writing Skills -17 (iii) Creative Writing - 22
