Modeling Data. The Interconnection Customer shall provide updated Generating Facility modeling data (1) after execution of this Agreement, (2) prior to initial synchronization (see, Appendix C, Exhibit 3), and (3) prior to commercial operation (see, Appendix C, Exhibit 4). The Transmission Provider is required under the Federal Power Act to comply with mandatory reliability standards developed by NERC and approved by FERC. Among other things, these mandatory reliability standards require that the Transmission Provider use modeling data for the Generating Facility in planning and reliability studies and to share such information with other NERC Reliability Entities. Thus, in order to permit the Transmission Provider to comply with these mandatory obligations while protecting the Interconnection Customer’s confidential information, the Interconnection Customer shall provide Generating Facility modeling data that is acceptable to the Transmission Provider that may be utilized on a non-confidential basis. The first set of non-confidential modeling data shall be provided by Interconnection Customer to the Transmission Provider within thirty (30) days after the execution of this Agreement.   • Metering Data At Developer’s expense, the metered data shall be telemetered to one or more locations designated by Connecting Transmission Owner, Developer and NYISO. Such telemetered data shall be used, under normal operating conditions, as the official measurement of the amount of energy delivered from the Large Generating Facility to the Point of Interconnection.

LIDB accepts queries from other Network Elements and provides appropriate responses. The query originator need not be the owner of LIDB data. LIDB queries include functions such as screening billed numbers that provides the ability to accept Collect or Third Number Billing calls and validation of Telephone Line Number based non-proprietary calling cards. The interface for the LIDB functionality is the interface between BellSouth’s CCS network and other CCS networks. LIDB also interfaces to administrative systems.

  • Encounter Data Party shall provide encounter data to the Agency of Human Services and/or its departments and ensure further that the data and services provided can be linked to and supported by enrollee eligibility files maintained by the State.

  • Reference Materials The Board agrees to continue to make available to employees the reference materials maintained by the district. Principals are encouraged to provide additional reference materials of high use in schools where feasible.
