Modification of License. Should any current or prospective mortgagee or ground lessor for the Building require a modification of this License, which modification will not cause an increased cost or expense to Licensee or in any other way materially and adversely change the rights and obligations of Licensee hereunder, then and in such event, Licensee agrees that this License may be so modified and agrees to execute whatever documents are reasonably required therefor and to deliver the same to Licensor within [**] days following a request therefor.
Modification of License. Licensor may withdraw or modify the License at any time, but any such withdrawal or modification will not affect application of the License to your use of the Photograph, unless and until you have agreed to a modified version of the License. By continuing to access Licensor’s website after receiving notice of the new License, you agree to the License, and agree that it supersedes all prior licenses between you and Licensor as to the Photograph (and as to any photograph previously Distributed by Licensor under any other license) in their entirety; if you do not so agree, you must notify Licensor that you reject this modified License within 30 days of your receipt of this License (whether received by email, upon viewing Licensor’s website, or otherwise), and cease use of the Licensor’s website pursuant to the effective Terms of Service.
Modification of License. The terms, conditions and requirements of this License or any part hereof, may be amended, modified, revised, supplemented or deleted only by mutual agreement of the Parties hereto expressed in writing and signed by the Parties.
Modification of License. Only written modification of this License duly authorized and signed by Licensor and Licensee shall be effective. No writing shall constitute a modification unless the writing is expressly identified as a modification with specific reference to the provisions of this License to be modified. No modification shall be effective prior to the date the modification is signed by Licensor and Licensee, unless the modification expressly provides.
Modification of License. EDGE MAY MODIFY THE LICENSE AT ANY TIME, EFFECTIVE UPON THE SOONER OF POSTING THE MODIFIED LICENSE ON THE EDGE WEBSITE OR BY SENDING WRITTEN NOTICE TO THE CUSTOMER. THE CUSTOMER WILL BE ASKED TO AGREE TO SUCH MODIFIED VERSION OF THIS LICENSE. SHOULD CUSTOMER CHOOSE NOT TO AGREE TO THE REVISED VERSION OF THIS LICENSE, THEN THE CUSTOMER SHALL CONTINUE TO BE BOUND BY THE VERSION OF THIS LICENSE THAT CUSTOMER PREVIOUSLY AGREED TO.
Modification of License. A. At the request of the xxxxxx parent or based on assessment during a home visit, the TLA may modify the licensed age range or capacity in accordance with the standards.
B. When it has been determined that a license will be modified, the TLA will issue a new license that reflects the modification(s).
Modification of License. Lessor and Lessee acknowledge the possibility that the location and technical configuration of the MMDS Station may from time to time prevent Lessee from optimizing its wireless cable business throughout the term of this Agreement. Lessor therefore agrees that if at any time and from time to time Lessee so requests in writing, Lessor shall use its best efforts to modify its FCC applications) or license(s) to meet the reasonable requirements of Lessee. Lessee shall pay all costs associated with such modifications (including engineering and legal fees, equipment costs and construction expenses), provided that such costs are approved in advance.

Lessor and Lessee acknowledge the possibility that the location and technical configuration of the Station may from time to time prevent Lessee from optimizing its Wireless System throughout the term of this Agreement. Lessor therefore agrees that if at any time and from time to time Lessee so requests in writing, Lessor shall use its best efforts to modify its FCC application(s) or license(s) to meet the reasonable requirements of Lessee. Lessee shall pay all costs associated with such modifications, except the initial modification, (including engineering and legal fees, equipment costs and construction expenses), as provided in Section 5(d) hereof.
Modification of License. No modification of the Agreement or additional obligation assumed by either party shall be binding unless the modification is in writing and is signed by all parties to the Agreement.
Modification of License. 22.1: This License agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and it may not be modified except in writing and signed by all parties.
