Home Visit. Visits by a Physician to a Member's home are covered at the Physician’s discretion in accordance with the rules and criteria set by Health Net and if the Physician concludes that the visit is medically and otherwise reasonably indicated. The Physician must determine that participation has a meaningful potential to benefit the Member and the trial has therapeutic intent. Clinical trial services are covered under SELECT 1 and SELECT 2. These services are covered under SELECT 3 only when the protocol for the trial is not available through SELECT 1 or SELECT 2 providers. Services rendered as part of a clinical trial are subject to the reimbursement guidelines as specified in the law. Coverage for routine patient care shall be provided in a clinical trial that involves either a drug that is exempt from federal regulation in relation to a new drug application or is approved by one of the following: The National Institutes of Health; The FDA as an Investigational new drug application; The Department of Defense; or The Veterans' Administration. The following definition applies to the terms mentioned in the above provision only. "Routine patient care costs" are the costs associated with the standard provisions of Health Net, including drugs, items, devices, and services that would normally be covered under this Evidence of Coverage, if they were not provided in connection with a clinical trials program. Please refer to the "Services and Supplies" portion of the "Exclusions and Limitations" section for more information. Pulmonary Rehabilitation Therapy Rehabilitation therapy services provided in connection with the treatment of chronic respiratory impairment is covered when Medically Necessary.

  • Site Visits ‌ The Commission may visit the School at any time and may, at its discretion, conduct site visits and monitoring. When appropriate, the Commission shall make reasonable efforts to provide notice of visits. Such site visits may include any activities reasonably related to fulfillment of the Commission’s oversight responsibilities including, but not limited to, inspection of the facilities; audit of financial books and records; inspection of records maintained by the School; interviews and observations of the principal, staff, school families, staff of an affiliated nonprofit or educational service provider and community members; and observation of classroom instruction.

  • Traffic Management 9.2.1 During the Operating Period, Developer shall be responsible for the general management of traffic on the Facility. Developer shall manage traffic so as to preserve and protect safety of traffic on the Facility and Related Transportation Facilities and, to the maximum extent practicable, to avoid disruption, interruption or other adverse effects on traffic flow, throughput or level of service on the Facility and Related Transportation Facilities. Developer shall conduct traffic management in accordance with all applicable Technical Provisions, Technical Documents, Laws and Governmental Approvals, and in accordance with the Traffic Management Plan.

  • Network Management 60.1 CLEC and CenturyLink will exchange appropriate information (e.g., network information, maintenance contact numbers, escalation procedures, and information required to comply with requirements of law enforcement and national security agencies) for network management purposes. In addition, the Parties will apply sound network management principles to alleviate or to prevent traffic congestion and to minimize fraud associated with third number billed calls, calling card calls, and other services related to this Agreement.
