Modification of Preparation Standards. The City shall retain the authority to modify the standards for material preparation administratively, after consultation with the Contractor, and the City shall provide the Contractor with written notice of any change in these standards in writing.

Recycling Routes: Those areas designated for curbside pickup of recyclable and compostable materials. Each route has a specified day of the week upon which the Contractor is allowed recyclable material pickup within the boundaries of the area.
