Modification to Benefits. Except as stated otherwise in this Section, the Employer may alter the coverage, rate of contribution, or the carrier of these plans. At least sixty (60) calendar days before implementing any such changes, the Employer will notify the Union in writing and, upon request, will bargain with the Union.
Modification to Benefits. Effective as of November 17, the Employer shall cease to pay the annual premium on any life insurance policies under Paragraph 3.1(c)(ii) of the Employment Agreement.
