MODIFICATIONS AND TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement may be amended or terminated by mutual written consent between the Owner and Consultant. The Owner specifically reserves, to itself, the right at any time to terminate this Agreement by providing no less than ten (10) business days written notice to the Consultant prior to said termination. A breach of any of the warranted provisions concerning professional licenses, nondiscrimination, or payment to Owner’s officers or employees by Consultant as set forth in this Agreement shall give the Owner the right to terminate this Agreement without further compensation or payment to the Consultant. Upon termination, for other than a breach of a warranted provision, the Owner shall make payments to the Consultant of all fees due; however, Owner shall not make payments to the Consultant for services and/or work completed to the dissatisfaction of the Owner. The making of such payments by the Owner shall constitute a complete release of all responsibilities of the Owner to the Consultant under the terms of this Agreement.
