Monday in August. If the Government of Canada or the Province of Nova Scotia officially proclaims an additional holiday(s), such shall be added as a recognized holiday.
Monday in August. 2.3.3. Holiday work constitutes work during a daytime working period on contractual holidays, cf. Article 2.3.2.
Monday in August. An employee who works between 1800 hours and 2400 hours on Christmas Eve shall be compensated at the rate of 1.5X their regular rate for the hours worked between 1800 hours and 2400 hours.
