Monitoring and Audit. To deter unauthorized access events, a warning or no trespassing message will be displayed at the point of initial entry (i.e., network entry or applications with direct entry points). Each Party should have several approved versions of this message. Users should expect to see a warning message similar to this one: "This system is restricted to authorized users for company official business purposes and subject to being monitored at any time. Anyone using this system expressly consents to such monitoring. Confidential information may not be disclosed without authorization. By logging on, each user understands, agrees, and consents that the Company or its authorized designees may inspect, copy, or disclose any electronic communication or other information on this system at any time without further notice.”
