Common use of Monitoring and Recording Clause in Contracts

Monitoring and Recording. Each party (i) consents to the monitoring or recording, at any time and from time to time, by the other party of any and all communications between officers or employees of the parties, (ii) waives any further notice of such monitoring or recording, (iii) agrees to notify its officers and employees of such monitoring and recording, and (iv) agrees that any such recordings may be submitted in evidence to any court or in any proceeding relating to this Agreement.
