Monitoring Personnel. Each party acknowledges and agrees that it shall reasonably monitor its employees or agents (“personnel”) and use best efforts to ensure that, in connection with the use of the other party’s ATS, all personnel abide by and comply with all applicable provisions of the federal and state laws, including the rules and regulations of any self-regulatory organization of which either party is a member.
Monitoring Personnel. Monitoring personnel shall demonstrate, during EPA and DNR audits and in monitoring program documentation, an adequate knowledge of, and ability to perform:
1) Monitoring operations;
2) Quality control and quality assurance methods; and
3) Standard operating procedures.
