Monitoring Plan. The Contract Supervisor will be the OGB Medical and Pharmacy Group Benefits Administrator, who will monitor the services and performance provided by the Contractor and the expenditure of funds under this Contract. The monitoring plan is as follows: 1. The Contractor will submit various monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to the Contract Supervisor as specified in Attachment I: Scope of Work/Services. 2. The Contract Supervisor will work to ensure all deliverables are submitted timely and perform subsequent review and acceptance. 3. The Contract Supervisor will provide oversight of the implementation of the Scope of Services to ensure quality, efficiency, and effectiveness in fulfilling the goals and objectives of OGB.
