Common use of MONTHLY ASSESSMENT ACCOUNT Clause in Contracts

MONTHLY ASSESSMENT ACCOUNT. The Employer agrees that monies shall be paid to the Monthly Assessment Account administered by the Union. The allocation in cents per hour will be eight cents ($0.08). Effective April the allocation in cents per hour, for Seasonal Temporary employ- ees, will be three cents ($0.03). It is agreed that no part of the Monthly As- sessment Account shall be used for strike purposes.
