Monthly Reporting and Invoicing. If reporting and invoicing are on a monthly basis, the AGENCY shall submit to the COUNTY complete, accurate, and programmatic monthly reports and accompanying original invoices on the AGENCY’s letterhead requesting reimbursement for services provided on or before the 20th of the month following the previous month for reimbursement payment.
