Month of Service definition

Month of Service means a calendar month in which an employee is in receipt of full salary or wages in respect of the prescribed number of working hours in each working day in the month and includes a calendar month in which an employee is absent on special leave without pay not in excess of twenty (20) working days.

Month of Service means any calendar month during which Xx. Xxxxxx has worked at least one (1) hour or was on approved leave of absence while in the employ of the Company or any affiliate or subsidiary of Southern.

More Definitions of Month of Service

Month of Service means each completed full month of a Year of Service.

Month of Service means each calendar month (with each partial month counted as a full month) of continuous service with the Company and its Affiliates beginning on the Participant’s Employment Commencement Date and ending on the Participant’s Employment Termination Date.
