Monthly Reports to the Owner. Not later than the tenth (10th) calendar day of each month or, if the 10th day is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day, the Servicer shall furnish to the Owner standard monthly reports as set forth on Exhibit 1 attached hereto or in a format mutually agreed upon (which shall be provided in Excel format and be accessible by the Owner via the Servicer’s secured website). For all purposes of this Servicing Agreement, delinquency status shall be determined in accordance with standard MBA methodology, as is appropriate, as determined by the Owner for the applicable Mortgage Loan type. At the time when a Mortgage Loan becomes subject to this Servicing Agreement, the Owner will include in the related Notice of Transfer of Mortgage Loans a statement of the related delinquency methodology to be used for such Mortgage Loan. In addition, on or before March 15th of each calendar year, the Servicer shall furnish to each Person who was an Owner (or subsequent owner of a Mortgage Loans subject to this Servicing Agreement) at any time during such calendar year an annual statement in accordance with the requirements of applicable federal income tax law as to the aggregate of remittances for the applicable portion of such year. Such obligation of the Servicer shall be deemed to have been satisfied to the extent that substantially comparable information shall be provided by the Servicer pursuant to any requirements of the Code as from time to time are in force. The Servicer shall prepare and file any and all tax returns, information statements or other filings required to be delivered to any governmental taxing authority or to the Owner pursuant to any applicable law with respect to the Mortgage Loans and the transactions contemplated hereby. In addition, the Servicer shall provide the Owner with such information concerning the Mortgage Loans as is necessary for the Owner to prepare its federal income tax return as the Owner may reasonably request from time to time and which is reasonably available to the Servicer.

  • Monthly Reports On or before the 15th day after the end of each month during the term of this Management Agreement, Manager shall prepare and submit to Owner the following reports and statements:

  • Statements to the Owner No later than the tenth (10th) calendar day of each month, the Company shall deliver to the Owner a monthly remittance statement in the form of, and providing the information described in, Exhibit F hereto. In addition, not more than 60 days after the end of each calendar year, upon receipt of written request by the Owner, the Company will furnish at any time during such calendar year, a listing of the principal balances of the Mortgage Loans outstanding at the end of such calendar year. The Company shall prepare and file any and all tax returns, information statements or other filings required to be delivered to any governmental taxing authority (other than those required to be filed by the Owner) or to the Owner pursuant to any applicable law with respect to the Mortgage Loans and the transactions contemplated hereby.

  • Monthly Report On each Reporting Date, the Servicer will provide to the Seller, the Administrative Agent, the Backup Servicer and the Liquidity Banks, a monthly statement including a Borrowing Base calculated as of the most recent Determination Date, with respect to the related Collection Period signed by a Responsible Officer of the Servicer and the Seller and substantially in the form of Exhibit C (a “Monthly Report”).

  • Reports to the Trustee; Annual Compliance Statements (a) Not later than 15 days after each Distribution Date, the Master Servicer shall deliver to the Trustee a statement setting forth the status of the Certificate Account as of the close of business on such Distribution Date stating that all distributions required to be made by the Master Servicer under this Agreement have been made (or, if any required distribution has not been made by the Master Servicer, specifying the nature and status thereof) and showing, for the period covered by such statement, the aggregate amount of deposits into and withdrawals from such account for each category of deposit and withdrawal specified in Sections 3.01 and 3.02. Such statement may be in the form of the then current FNMA monthly accounting report for its Guaranteed Mortgage Pass-Through Program with appropriate additions and changes, and shall also include information as to the aggregate unpaid principal balance of all of the Mortgage Loans as of the close of business as of the last day of the calendar month immediately preceding such Distribution Date. Copies of such statement shall be provided by the Trustee to any Certificateholder upon written request, provided such statement is delivered, or caused to be delivered, by the Master Servicer to the Trustee.

  • Certain Special Servicer Reports (a) The Special Servicer, for each Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan, shall provide to the Master Servicer and the Paying Agent one (1) Business Day after the Determination Date for each month, the CMSA Special Servicer Loan File in such electronic format as is mutually acceptable to the Master Servicer and the Special Servicer and in CMSA format. The Master Servicer and the Paying Agent may use such reports or information contained therein to prepare its reports and the Master Servicer may, at its option, forward such reports directly to the Depositor and the Rating Agencies.

  • Reports to the Trust The Adviser shall prepare and furnish to the Trust such reports, statistical data and other information in such form and at such intervals as the Trust may reasonably request.

  • Reports to Owner We will send you a report at least once during each Contract Year. The report will show the Accumulation Value and the Cash Surrender Value as of the end of the Contract Processing Period. The report will also show the allocation of the Accumulation Value as of such date and the amounts deducted from or added to the Accumulation Value since the last report. The report will also include any information that may be currently required by the insurance supervisory official of the jurisdiction in which the Contract is delivered. We will also send you copies of any shareholder reports of the portfolios in which the Divisions of the Variable Separate Account invest, as well as any other reports, notices or documents required by law to be furnished to Owners.

  • Annual Servicing Report By the date in each year specified in the Adoption Annex, beginning on the date specified in the Adoption Annex, the Master Servicer, at its expense, shall cause a firm of nationally recognized independent public accountants (who may also render other services to the Master Servicer) to furnish a report to the Indenture Trustee, the Credit Enhancer, and each Rating Agency to the effect that the firm has examined certain documents and records relating to the servicing of mortgage loans during the most recent fiscal year then ended under sale and servicing agreements or pooling and servicing agreements (substantially similar to this Agreement, including this Agreement), that the examination was conducted substantially in compliance with the audit guide for audits of non-supervised mortgagees approved by the Department of Housing and Urban Development for use by independent public accountants (to the extent that the procedures in the audit guide are applicable to the servicing obligations in those agreements), and that the examination has disclosed no items of noncompliance with this Agreement that, in the opinion of the firm, are material, except for the items of noncompliance described in the report.

  • Remittance Reports (a) The Remittance Report for each Distribution Date shall identify the following items, in addition to the items specified in Section 4.01 of the Standard Terms:

  • Reports to the Trustee (a) Not later than 30 days after each Distribution Date, the Master Servicer shall, upon request, forward to the Trustee a statement, deemed to have been certified by a Servicing Officer, setting forth the status of the Collection Account maintained by the Master Servicer as of the close of business on the related Distribution Date, indicating that all distributions required by this Agreement to be made by the Master Servicer have been made (or if any required distribution has not been made by the Master Servicer, specifying the nature and status thereof) and showing, for the period covered by such statement, the aggregate of deposits into and withdrawals from the Collection Account maintained by the Master Servicer. Copies of such statement shall be provided by the Master Servicer, upon request, to the Depositor, Attention: Contract Finance, any NIMS Insurer and any Certificateholders (or by the Trustee at the Master Servicer’s expense if the Master Servicer shall fail to provide such copies to the Certificateholders (unless (i) the Master Servicer shall have failed to provide the Trustee with such statement or (ii) the Trustee shall be unaware of the Master Servicer’s failure to provide such statement)).
