More than Half the Number of Members. If the number of unused sick leave days in 28 the bank is more than one-half (1/2) but less than or equal to the number of members in the 29 bank, each member will receive one-half (1/2) of one of the unused days to be credited to 30 his/her personal accumulated sick leave account.
