Common use of Morning and Afternoon Shift Allowances Clause in Contracts

Morning and Afternoon Shift Allowances. (a) An Employee not employed by Royal Women’s Hospital or Royal Children’s Hospital whose rostered hours of ordinary duty: (i) commence between 5:00am and 6:30am, or (ii) finish between 6:00pm and before midnight will be paid the applicable shift allowance set out in Part 1 or Part 2 of Schedule 2C or Part 1 of Schedule 3C (as applicable) per rostered period of duty, unless the Employee is entitled to Night Shift Allowance or Permanent Night Shift Allowance.
