Motor Car Service. 14.1 In the operation of motor cars a locomotive engineer and conductor will constitute a minimum crew. The locomotive engineer shall not be required to perform work other than that of a mechanical nature in connection with motor car service except that other service may be required of the locomotive engineer on branch runs under 50 miles in one direction where no other trains are being run at the time.

Motor Car Service. Engineers employed on motor cars, except rail diesel (Xxxx) cars, used in passenger service operated under train rules by engineers, regardless of whether operated by gasoline, steam, electricity, or other motive power, shall be paid minimum rate shown in Article 99.1(a). Engineers operating rail diesel (Xxxx) cars will be paid passenger rates.

Motor Car Service. SECTION 1. Engineers making application for motor car service and those qualifying as motormen will retain their rights in steam service, with the understanding that having accepted the motor car service they will remain in such service until they can be relieved by an engineer who has qualified for such service.

  • Our Service The services that you have selected and the charges for those services are confirmed in Section 9 - Your Consent at the end of this agreement.   • Depot Service If depot service is included with Your Agreement, We will provide 3-way shipping to and from a depot service center of Our choice.

  • Water Service The Purchase Price for the Property shall include all water rights/water shares, if any, that are the legal source for Seller’s current culinary water service and irrigation water service, if any, to the Property. The water rights/water shares will be conveyed or otherwise transferred to Buyer at Closing by applicable deed or legal instruments. The following water rights/water shares, if applicable, are specifically excluded from this sale:

  • Universal service 1. Each Party has the right to define the kind of universal service obligations it wishes to maintain.

  • Verizon Retail Telecommunications Service Any Telecommunications Service that Verizon provides at retail to subscribers that are not Telecommunications Carriers. The term “Verizon Retail Telecommunications Service” does not include any Exchange Access service (as defined in Section 3(16) of the Act, 47 U.S.C. § 153(16)) provided by Verizon.

  • Provider Services The Contractor’s system shall collect, process, and maintain current and historical data on program providers. This information shall be accessible to all parts of the MCMIS for editing and reporting.

  • Laundry Service If the Government provides a laundry service at the incident base camp, the Contractor may utilize the service at no cost.
