Common use of Moving and Relocation Costs Clause in Contracts

Moving and Relocation Costs. Landlord agrees to improve and construct the Tenant Improvements for the New Premises in accordance with the terms of the Work Letter Agreement attached as Exhibit B to the New Lease. Except and only to the extent of Landlord's obligation in the Work Letter Agreement, Landlord has not made any other commitments or promises to Tenant which would obligate Landlord to pay or reimburse Tenant for any costs of Tenant's move from the Original Premises and relocation into the New Premises.
