Moving and Relocation Expenses. Whenever a Unit 5 employee is reasonably required by the State to change his or her place of residence, the State shall reimburse the employee for approved items in accordance with the lodging, meal and incidental rates established in a.(1) and a.(3) above, and in accordance with the existing requirements, time frames and administrative rules and regulations for reimbursement of relocation expenses that apply to excluded employees.
