MRI Project Manager. The MRI Project Manager for the XONON verification test in Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx. He will manage MRI’s conduct of the XONON technology verification test, select a test leader, develop staffing requirements, and propose a budget for the technology verification test. After a technical assessment, the MRI Project Manager is responsible for developing and implementing corrective actions within MRI. These responsibilities are described in greater detail in Section 1 of MRI’s QSM. Xx. Xxxxxxxx has more than 30 years of experience in environmental regulation and research with research organizations, private industry, and federal and local regulatory agencies. Xx. Xxxxxxxx is deputy Program Manager on MRI’s contract with the Emissions Measurement Center of the Emission Monitoring and Analysis Division of EPA’s Office of Air Quality Planning and Standards. The program provides technical support for stationary source emission measurement and method evaluation to assist EPA in NESHAP and NSPS development and other measurement activities.
