RTI Quality Manager. ‌ The RTI APCT Center quality manager (RTI QM), Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx, is organizationally independent of the RTI APCT Center director and is responsible for ensuring that QA/quality control (QC) procedures described in this TQAP are followed. In addition, Xxxxxxxx will: • Maintain regular communication with the EPA QM and APCT Center staff regarding QA issues, • Report on the adequacy, status, and effectiveness of the QA program on a regular basis to the task leader and the APCT Center director, • Conduct audits of lab activities as necessary and prepare audit reports, • Ensure that corrective action, if necessary, is properly implemented and documented, • Review and approve GVPs, TQAPs, TQAP addenda, and SOPs, • Review the audit of data quality (ADQ) report of the SwRI quality manager (SwRI QM), • Review and approve test (including QC) reports, and • Prepare the QA section of each verification statement and verification report.

RTI Quality Manager. The RTI Quality Manager for the APCT is Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxx of RTI’s Center for Environmental Measurements and Quality Assurance. He is responsible for ensuring that all verification tests are performed in compliance with the QA requirements of the APCT QMP, GVPs, and test/QA plans. He has resources available to ensure conformance with the requirements and ensures that all personnel understand the requirements. Following are the general responsibilities of the RTI Quality Manager: • Prepare the APCT QMP and assist the RTI Project Manager in the annual review and revision of this document, as needed; • Communicate with test-specific quality managers for specific verification tests; • Review and approve the GVPs, test/QA plans, and any needed SOPs that will be developed by technology verification test leaders and test-specific quality managers; • Oversee test-specific quality training; • Conduct test-specific TSAs and PEs in cooperation with the EPA Quality Manager and test-specific quality managers; • Review and approve the test results and the quality control (QC) results from verification tests; • Store APCT Program Office documentation and data; and • Prepare the QA section of each verification test report and verification statement. The RTI Quality Manager will perform the following specific activities associated with the verification tests of the XONON flameless combustion system: • Review and approve the GVP for NOX Control Technologies for stationary combustion sources; • Review and approve the test/QA plan, verification test results, QC results, the verification report, and the verification statement for Catalyticia’s XONON flameless combustion system; and • Perform a TSA of the verification test of Catalyticia’s XONON flameless combustion system.

  • Quality Assurance/Quality Control Contractor shall establish and maintain a quality assurance/quality control program which shall include procedures for continuous control of all construction and comprehensive inspection and testing of all items of Work, including any Work performed by Subcontractors, so as to ensure complete conformance to the Contract with respect to materials, workmanship, construction, finish, functional performance, and identification. The program established by Contractor shall comply with any quality assurance/quality control requirements incorporated in the Contract.

  • Quality Management System Supplier hereby undertakes, warrants and confirms, and will ensue same for its subcontractors, to remain certified in accordance with ISO 9001 standard or equivalent. At any time during the term of this Agreement, the Supplier shall, if so instructed by ISR, provide evidence of such certifications. In any event, Supplier must notify ISR, in writing, in the event said certification is suspended and/or canceled and/or not continued.

  • COUNTY’S QUALITY ASSURANCE PLAN The County or its agent will evaluate the Contractor’s performance under this Contract on not less than an annual basis. Such evaluation will include assessing the Contractor’s compliance with all Contract terms and conditions and performance standards. Contractor deficiencies which the County determines are severe or continuing and that may place performance of the Contract in jeopardy if not corrected will be reported to the Board of Supervisors. The report will include improvement/corrective action measures taken by the County and the Contractor. If improvement does not occur consistent with the corrective action measures, the County may terminate this Contract or impose other penalties as specified in this Contract.

  • Quality Assurance The parties endorse the underlying principles of the Company’s Quality Management System, which seeks to ensure that its services are provided in a manner which best conforms to the requirements of the contract with its customer. This requires the Company to establish and maintain, implement, train and continuously improve its procedures and processes, and the employees to follow the procedures, document their compliance and participate in the improvement process. In particular, this will require employees to regularly and reliably fill out documentation and checklists to signify that work has been carried out in accordance with the customer’s specific requirements. Where necessary, training will be provided in these activities.

  • Quality Assurance Plan The contractor shall develop and submit to NMFS a contractor Quality Assurance Plan, as referenced in Section F.5.3, which details how the contractor will ensure effectiveness and efficiency of collection efforts as well as the quality of data collected by its At-Sea Monitors. The contractor shall further establish, implement, and maintain a Quality Assurance Management program to ensure consistent quality of all work products and services performed under this contract.
