Ms Term. 1.1. Instrument Manager™ and JResultNet®: The term of M&S is for twelve (12) months. The start date and accrual of the fees for the initial twelve (12) month M&S term starts immediately upon the Effective Date. The start date and accrual of the fees for M&S for all Software licensed after the Effective Date shall be thirty (30) days from the date of shipment of the Software. Upon reasonable notice, Data Innovations reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of M&S services provided; however, no such amendment for the modification of M&S shall become effective until completion of Customer’s then-current M&S term. Note: JResultNet® is being retired as of December 31, 2020 (“JR Retirement Date”). M&S for JResultNet® shall no longer be available after the JR Retirement Date.

  • Dpa Term Paragraph 4 on page 1 of the DPA setting a three-year term for the DPA shall be deleted, and the following shall be inserted in lieu thereof: “This DPA shall be effective upon the date of signature by Finalsite and XXX. and shall remain in effect as between Finalsite and LEA 1) for so long as the Services are being provided to LEA or 2) until the DPA is terminated pursuant to Section 15 of this Exhibit G, whichever comes first. ”
