Perpetual Licence. A non-exclusive, perpetual Licence to use the Software for itself. This Licence takes effect on the date the Software is installed or 28 days after the order date, whichever is earlier. It will remain in force until terminated;
Perpetual Licence. Licensed Programs
Perpetual Licence. The term of M&S for Perpetual Licences of the Software is for twelve (12) months, unless otherwise specified in the Quote. The start date and accrual of the M&S Fees for all Software begins thirty (30) days from the Date of Delivery of the Software.
Perpetual Licence. Unless stated on the Quote or otherwise agreed in writing, the initial M&S Fee for the Software is eighteen percent (18%) per year of the current list price of all the Software covered.
Perpetual Licence i) Unless terminated as provided herein, M&S shall automatically renew on an annual basis.
Perpetual Licence. Where the Licensee has purchased a Perpetual Licence:
Perpetual Licence. The perpetual license can be used for an unlimited period of time in the version that was purchased. New versions can be obtained by subscribing to the Fine Maintenance support program or by purchasing a One Time Upgrade.
Perpetual Licence. This clause 7.3 shall only apply to Software in respect of which the Customer has purchased a perpetual licence to use the Software. In consideration of the Customer paying the applicable Fees, Datel Advansys shall procure that the vendor of the applicable Software shall grant to the Customer, subject to clause 7.4. a non-exclusive, non-transferable perpetual licence to use the relevant Software for its own business purposes. For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this clause shall operate to transfer any Intellectual Property Rights in the Software to the Customer. The perpetual licence does not include updates to the relevant software or support services in respect of the Software unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing with Datel Advansys.
Perpetual Licence. Subject to the payment of all Fees and Expenses due to us for the Services, we will grant to you a perpetual, non-transferable, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, copy, modify and prepare derivative works of the Deliverables for your own internal business use only.
Perpetual Licence. The grant of the right and license to use the Licensed Assets under this Clause 2 shall survive the termination of this Agreement (whether in whole or in part and howsoever occasioned). Licensor warrants and undertakes that:
