Subscription Licence. The term of M&S for Subscription Licences of the Software shall coincide with the subscription period as set forth in the applicable Quote.
Subscription Licence. M&S Fees for Subscription Licences of the Software are included as part of the annual Subscription Fee.

Subscription Licence Software may disable itself upon the expiration of the subscription period. Enhanced level support may be available for separate purchase.
