MSDS Sheets. Contractor shall provide Material Safety Data Sheets to District for all chemicals used on the Project Site as required by law.
MSDS Sheets. All equipment and materials used in the performance of this agreement must conform to the standards required by the Xxxxxxx-Xxxxxxx Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970. Bidders must furnish Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for any regulated chemicals, equipment or hazardous materials at the time of delivery. EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY. MSDS Sheets. The CONTRACTOR must present to the COUNTY all Material Safety Data Sheets for all materials used in all phases of the project prior to beginning work. No materials, other than those that have MSDS sheets, shall be permitted on the COUNTY premises.

Vendor will provide and maintain Current Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) as per governing regulation and on site for all products used by the Vendor on Colliers or Clients' property for all products governed by Workplace Hazardous Materials Information Systems Regulations (WHMIS) or any other similar or replacement regulations or legislation. Vendor will place the MSDS in a location agreed to by Colliers.
