County Premises definition

County Premises means any building or structure or part thereof on any lands owned, leased, or in the custody or control of the County or devoted to use by the County.
County Premises means all County owned property including real property, buildings, vehicles, lockers, desks, closets or other County owned property.
County Premises. ’ means any building, land and open spaces belonging or under the full control of the inspectorate service which for purposes of this Act shall be utilized for purposes of holding any persons, goods or vessels in custody or remand.

  • All Rent and Additional Rent shall bear a penalty equal to the statutory rate in effect for delinquent County Premises taxes (presently 0.5% per month or fraction of a month) as described in Milwaukee County Ordinances Section 6.06(1) and Wis.

  • Except for Lessor’s obligations arising under the Original Land Lease prior to the execution of this Lease, Lessor shall have no further obligation or liability under the Original Land Lease nor any further obligation or liability with respect to the Beaver County Premises other than those obligations and liabilities agreed upon in the Beaver County Lease.

  • The rate of interest shall be the statutory rate in effect for delinquent County Premises taxes (presently 1% per month or fraction of a month) as described in Wis.

  • Applicators shall wear the ID at all times when on the County Premises.

  • The School Board hereby consents to the County's use and occupancy of the County Premises (as depicted in Attachment A) on the terms and conditions set forth hereafter, and in addition grants to the County the non-exclusive right of Ingress and egress over the Property for access to the County Premises.
