County Premises definition

County Premises means buildings or portions of buildings owned, leased, or otherwise controlled by Hunt County.
County Premises means any building or structure or part thereof on any lands owned, leased, or in the custody or control of the County or devoted to use by the County.
County Premises has the meaning given in Section 2.1.

  • This Chapter applies to off-site lunch periods or breaks when an employee is scheduled to return to work, as well as to County Premises as discussed in Section 3 below.

  • Barrow County prohibits employees from being at work, on County Premises, operating county equipment, or operating any other equipment or vehicles on County business while impaired due to any illegal drug(s), legally obtained drug(s), or alcohol.

County Premises. ’ means any building, land and open spaces belonging or under the full control of the inspectorate service which for purposes of this Act shall be utilized for purposes of holding any persons, goods or vessels in custody or remand.
County Premises means all County owned property including real property, buildings, vehicles, lockers, desks, closets or other County owned property.

  • Office Space means the offices of the Service Provider located at 000 Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx 00, Xxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxx 00000 (or any successor location or other existing office space of the Service Provider or any of its affiliates).

  • Rentable Area of the Premises The amount of square footage set forth in Section 1.01(10).

  • Mortgaged Premises means any real property which shall now or hereafter be subject to a Notes Mortgage.

  • Public premises means any hotel, restaurant, tavern, store, arena, hall, or other place of public accommodation, business, amusement, or resort.

  • New Building ’ means a new construction to house a complete motor vehicle as- sembly process, where that construction includes the pouring or construction of a new foundation and floor, the erection of a new frame and roof, and the instal- lation of new plumbing and electrical and other utilities;

  • Customer’s Premises means the land and buildings owned or occupied by a Customer, and any land over which the Customer has an easement or right to pass electricity, including:

  • Carpet Area means the net usable floor, area of an Flat/Apartment, excluding the area covered by the external walls, areas under services shafts, excluding balcony or verandah area and exclusive open terrace, but includes the area covered by the internal partition walls of the flat/apartment;
