MSSP Participation. You agree to provide CIN with the MSSP Services as described in Exhibit D. You further agree to comply with the additional MSSP terms and conditions contained in Exhibit D, which are incorporated by reference herein. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by You and CIN, for purposes of the MSSP, Your participation shall be deemed to be solely as an “Other Entityproviding services to CIN, and not as an “ACO participant” as that term is defined at 42 C.F.R. § 425.20. As such, You will perform functions and/or services related to CIN Activities, but CIN will not include Your taxpayer identification number (“TIN”) in the list of ACO participants provided to CMS, and You will remain free to participate in more than one MSSP ACO.

MSSP Participation. Participant agrees to participate in the MSSP through ACO, and to be bound by and comply with all terms and conditions of participation in the MSSP and the MSSP Participation Agreement, including, without limitation, the provisions set forth in Exhibit 2, which may be amended from time to time as necessary to comply with CMS requirements related to the MSSP and the MSSP Participation Agreement. Participant hereby appoints ACO as Participant’s agent for the purpose of negotiating, accepting or rejecting the MSSP Participation Agreement and hereby grants ACO an irrevocable power of attorney and appoints ACO as Participant’s true and lawful attorney in fact with an irrevocable power to execute, on behalf of Participant, the MSSP Participation Agreement, for so long as this Agreement is in effect. Participant will execute such other documents as may be reasonably necessary from time to time to evidence or confirm the delegation of contracting authority to ACO or to otherwise implement this Agreement. The terms of Exhibit 2 are incorporated herein by reference and shall govern the provision of Covered Services by Participant to fee-for-service Medicare Beneficiaries effective during the term of ACO’s MSSP Participation Agreement. Participant grants ACO the authority to bind Participant to the terms of the MSSP Participation Agreement. Participant shall comply with all requirements and conditions of 42 C.F.R. Part 425 and of the MSSP Participation Agreement. Participant shall make all necessary amendments to existing agreements with any individual or entity performing functions or services related to Participants activities under ACO’s MSSP Participation Agreement to ensure compliance with applicable requirements and conditions of 42 C.F.R. Part 425 and shall ensure that all future agreements with such individuals or entities comply with applicable requirements and conditions of 42 C.F.R. Part 425 and of the MSSP Participation Agreement.
MSSP Participation. In the event AHN participates in the MSSP by entering into a MSSP participation agreement with CMS, and to the extent You are designated by AHN to participate in the MSSP, You hereby acknowledge and agree to comply with the additional terms and conditions contained in Exhibit B (the “MSSP Addendum”), which are incorporated by reference herein. Further, You agree to participate in the MSSP through AHN as either (select and initial beside one option below): an “ACO Participant” as that term is defined at 42 C.F.R. § 425.20 (such that AHN will furnish CMS with information on Your TIN and such TIN will be restricted to being an “ACO Participant” in AHN’s MSSP ACO only); or an “Other Entity” for purposes of the MSSP (such that AHN will not furnish Your TIN to CMS, and You will not become an “ACO Participant” in AHN for purposes of the MSSP, but You will otherwise be bound to the applicable terms of the MSSP Addendum).
MSSP Participation. In the event CIN participates in the Medicare Shared Savings Program (“MSSP”) by entering into a MSSP participation agreement with CMS, and to the extent You are designated by CIN to participate in the MSSP, You hereby acknowledge and agree to comply with the additional terms and conditions contained in Exhibit F (the “MSSP Addendum”), which are incorporated by reference herein.

  • Program Participation By participating in the CRF Program, Grantee agrees to:

  • Employee Participation The Employer will assist employees' participation in health promotion and health education programs. Health promotion and health education programs that have been endorsed by the Employer (Minnesota Management & Budget) will be considered to be non-assigned job-related training pursuant to Administrative Procedure 21. Approval for this training is at the discretion of the Appointing Authority and is contingent upon meeting staffing needs in the employee's absence and the availability of funds. Employees are eligible for release time, tuition reimbursement, or a pro rata combination of both. Employees may be reimbursed for up to one hundred (100) percent of tuition or registration costs upon successful completion of the program. Employees may be granted release time, including the travel time, in lieu of reimbursement.

  • Public Participation 79. This Consent Decree shall be lodged with the Court for a period of not less than 30 Days for public notice and comment in accordance with 28 C.F.R. ' 50.7. The United States reserves the right to withdraw or withhold its consent if the comments regarding the Consent Decree disclose facts or considerations indicating that the Consent Decree is inappro- priate, improper, or inadequate. Defendant consents to entry of this Consent Decree without further notice and agrees not to withdraw from or oppose entry of this Consent Decree by the Court or to challenge any provision of the Decree, unless the United States has notified Defendant in writing that it no longer supports entry of the Decree.

  • Eligibility for Group Participation This section describes eligibility to participate in the Group Insurance Program.

  • Mandatory Participation Participation in the Special Pay Plan is mandatory for all 24 eligible teachers.

  • Committee Participation 9.01 Except as otherwise provided in this Collective Agreement, an Employee (or the Employee’s alternate) who is a member and attends meetings of a committee established by the Employer, shall be paid at the Employee’s Basic Rate of Pay for attendance at such meetings. Such participation shall be voluntary.

  • Voluntary Participation The Grantee’s participation in the Plan is voluntary. The value of the Restricted Stock Units is an extraordinary item of compensation. Unless otherwise expressly provided in a separate agreement between the Grantee and the Company or a Subsidiary, the Restricted Stock Units are not part of normal or expected compensation for purposes of calculating any severance, resignation, redundancy, end-of-service payments, bonuses, long-service awards, pension or retirement benefits or similar payments.

  • Participation Contributor will participate in any Work Groups (defined in the Policy) identified above, and any other Work Groups that it actually participates in or notifies ODIF that it wants to participate in, according to the rules and procedures in the then-current OpenID Process Document (“Process Document”), which is fully incorporated into this Agreement by this reference, and subject to the Policy.
