MTA VOTE Deductions Sample Clauses

The MTA VOTE Deductions clause establishes the rules and procedures for deducting certain amounts from payments or settlements related to the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) based on voting or approval mechanisms. In practice, this clause may specify how deductions are calculated, under what circumstances they are applied, and which parties are responsible for authorizing or approving these deductions. Its core function is to ensure that any financial adjustments tied to MTA-related votes or decisions are handled transparently and in accordance with agreed-upon processes, thereby reducing disputes and clarifying financial responsibilities.
MTA VOTE Deductions. Payroll deduction shall be permitted for unit members who wish to participate in MTA’s VOTE, a political action committee.
