Multiple-Entity Access. Banc of California (“Banc”) hereby offers Customer and Customer hereby accepts the multiple-entity access (“Access”). Access is designed to enable accounts to be linked together for access to Banc’s online banking services, as detailed in this Multiple-Entity Access, Agency, and Joinder Agreement (the “Agreement”). Banc reserves the right, without prior written notice to Customer, to place limits on Customer's right to use the Access. By agreeing to this Agreement (as reflected in Exhibit A hereto) each Customer acknowledges that it has read and agrees to be jointly and severally bound with the other Customers by the terms and conditions provided in this Agreement and the exhibits hereto, as may be amended, as to each of Customer’s respective Accounts. The term “Customer” as used in this Agreement shall refer to each Customer entering into this Agreement with Banc, reflected in Exhibit A as amended from time to time. YOUR ATTENTION IS ALSO DRAWN TO THE ARBITRATION AGREEMENT, VENUE AND APPLICABLE LAW PROVISIONS WITHIN THE DEPOSIT ACCOUNT AGREEMENT AND DISCLOSURE UNDER WHICH MOST CLAIMS MUST BE RESOLVED BY ARBITRATION, AND NOT BY A COURT, JUDGE, OR JURY, AND YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO BRING OR PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION OR IN MASS ARBITRATION. YOU MAY OPT OUT OF THE ARBITRATION AGREEMENT BY FOLLOWING THE PROCEDURE SET OUT IN THE ARBITRATION AGREEMENT WITHIN 30 DAYS OF SIGNING YOUR SIGNATURE CARD.

Multiple-Entity Access. Within Business Online Banking, multiple entities (including but not limited to Related Companies), Consumers and Linked Accounts may be linked, in the sole discretion of Bank, under the Profile. Any Account Holder who is utilizing XXX in conjunction with its Accounts agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement as evidenced by (i) the applicable Business Online Banking Acknowledgement and Authorization signed by such Account Holder or (ii) such Account Xxxxxx's use and/or continued use of XXX. This Section only applies to Company if there are multiple entities under the same Profile as Company, regardless of whether Company is Primary Company or a Related Company.

Related to Multiple-Entity Access

  • User Access Transfer Agent shall have a process to promptly disable access to Fund Data by any Transfer Agent personnel who no longer requires such access. Transfer Agent will also promptly remove access of Fund personnel upon receipt of notification from Fund.

  • ICANN Access Registry Operator shall provide bulk access to the zone files for the TLD to ICANN or its designee on a continuous basis in the manner ICANN may reasonably specify from time to time. Access will be provided at least daily. Zone files will include SRS data committed as close as possible to 00:00:00 UTC.

  • Network Access TENANT may find it necessary to purchase a network interface card, wireless PC card or other hardware in order to connect to the internet service. LANDLORD is not responsible for the purchase of these items and LANDLORD cannot guarantee compatibility with any device TENANT may have. The computer and network card must have software installed that supports the Internet Protocol commonly referred to as TCP/IP. Any conflicts between the software compatibility of the network and the TENANT’S computer operating system or any other feature will be the responsibility of the TENANT to resolve. LANDLORD will not be responsible for software issues related to the user’s personal computer.

  • Parent Access To the extent required by law the LEA shall establish reasonable procedures by which a parent, legal guardian, or eligible student may review Education Records and/or Student Data correct erroneous information, and procedures for the transfer of student-generated content to a personal account, consistent with the functionality of services. Provider shall respond in a reasonably timely manner (and no later than forty five (45) days from the date of the request or pursuant to the time frame required under state law for an LEA to respond to a parent or student, whichever is sooner) to the LEA’s request for Student Data in a student’s records held by the Provider to view or correct as necessary. In the event that a parent of a student or other individual contacts the Provider to review any of the Student Data accessed pursuant to the Services, the Provider shall refer the parent or individual to the LEA, who will follow the necessary and proper procedures regarding the requested information.

  • Market Access 1. With respect to market access through the modes of supply identified in the "trade in services" definition of Article 104 (Definitions), each Party shall accord to services and service suppliers of the other Party treatment no less favourable than that provided for under the terms, limitations and conditions agreed and specified in its Schedule (7). 2. In sectors where market access commitments are undertaken, the measures which a Party shall not maintain or adopt either on the basis of a regional subdivision or on the basis of its entire territory, unless otherwise specified in its Schedule, are defined as: (a) limitations on the number of service suppliers whether in the form of numerical quotas, monopolies, exclusive service suppliers or the requirements of an economic needs test; (b) limitations on the total value of service transactions or assets in the form of numerical quotas or the requirement of an economic needs test; (c) limitations on the total number of service operations or on the total quantity of service output expressed in terms of designated numerical units in the form of quotas or the requirement of an economic needs test; (8) (d) limitations on the total number of natural persons that may be employed in a particular service sector or that a service supplier may employ and who are necessary for, and directly related to, the supply of a specific service in the form of numerical quotas or the requirement of an economic needs test; (e) measures which restrict or require specific types of legal entity or joint venture through which a service supplier may supply a service; or (f) limitations on the participation of foreign capital in terms of maximum percentage limit on foreign shareholding or the total value of individual or aggregate foreign investment.

  • Data Access Access to Contract and State Data The Contractor shall provide to the Client Agency access to any data, as defined in Conn. Gen Stat. Sec. 4e-1, concerning the Contract and the Client Agency that are in the possession or control of the Contractor upon demand and shall provide the data to the Client Agency in a format prescribed by the Client Agency and the State Auditors of Public Accounts at no additional cost.

  • General Access BCA agrees to provide Agency with access to the Minnesota Criminal Justice Data Communications Network (CJDN) and those systems and tools which the Agency is authorized by law to access via the CJDN for the purposes outlined in Minn. Stat. § 299C.46.

  • Network Access Control The VISION Web Site and the Distribution Support Services Web Site (the “DST Web Sites”) are protected through multiple levels of network controls. The first defense is a border router which exists at the boundary between the DST Web Sites and the Internet Service Provider. The border router provides basic protections including anti-spoofing controls. Next is a highly available pair of stateful firewalls that allow only HTTPS traffic destined to the DST Web Sites. The third network control is a highly available pair of load balancers that terminate the HTTPS connections and then forward the traffic on to one of several available web servers. In addition, a second highly available pair of stateful firewalls enforce network controls between the web servers and any back-end application servers. No Internet traffic is allowed directly to the back-end application servers. The DST Web Sites equipment is located and administered at DST’s Winchester data center. Changes to the systems residing on this computer are submitted through the DST change control process. All services and functions within the DST Web Sites are deactivated with the exception of services and functions which support the transfer of files. All ports on the DST Web Sites are disabled, except those ports required to transfer files. All “listeners,” other than listeners required for inbound connections from the load balancers, are deactivated. Directory structures are “hidden” from the user. Services which provide directory information are also deactivated.

  • Full Access The Seller will permit representatives of the Buyer to have full access at all reasonable times, and in a manner so as not to interfere with the normal business operations of the Seller to the Property and to obtain copies of all books, records, contracts, and documents of or pertaining to the Property.

  • EU Access SAP will use only European Subprocessors to provide support requiring access to Personal Data in the Cloud Service and SAP shall not export Personal Data outside of the EEA or Switzerland unless expressly authorized by Customer in writing (e-mail permitted) on a case by case basis; or as excluded under Section 9.4.
