Multiple Points of Delivery. When electric service is supplied at or transmitted to two or more points of delivery under the same rate schedule, said rate schedule shall apply separately to the service supplied at or transmitted to each point of delivery; Provided, That where the meter readings are considered separately, and during abnormal conditions, the Contractor’s system is interconnected between points of delivery such that duplication of metered power is possible, the meter readings at each affected point of delivery will be adjusted to compensate for duplication of power demand recorded by meters at alternate points of delivery due to abnormal conditions which are beyond the Contractor’s control or temporary conditions caused by scheduled outages.

  • Date of Delivery of Advance Notice An Advance Notice shall be deemed delivered on (i) the Trading Day it is received by facsimile or otherwise by the Investor if such notice is received prior to 12:00 noon Eastern Time, or (ii) the immediately succeeding Trading Day if it is received by facsimile or otherwise after 12:00 noon Eastern Time on a Trading Day or at any time on a day which is not a Trading Day. Any Party shall be entitled to change its address for notice to an address elsewhere in Alberta by notice in writing to the other Parties.

  • Delivery Dates If the due date of any notice, certificate or report required to be delivered by the Manager hereunder falls on a day that is not a Business Day, the due date for such notice, certificate or report shall be automatically extended to the next succeeding day that is a Business Day.
