GENERAL POWER CONTRACT PROVISIONS. The General Power Contract Provisions (GPCP) effective September 1, 2007, attached hereto as Attachment 6, are hereby made a part of this Agreement with the same force and effect as if expressly set forth herein; provided, that if the provisions in the GPCP are in conflict with this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall control.

GENERAL POWER CONTRACT PROVISIONS. (b) This contract shall be subject to all the provisions and conditions of the Act of Congress entitled the Work Hours Act of 1962, approved August 13, 1962 (76 Stat. 357), which establishes standards for hours of work and overtime pay of laborers and mechanics employed on work done under contract for, or with the financial aid of, the United States, the same as if that Act had been specifically set forth herein.
